- ½ cup water

Taco Assembly:
- 10 crispy taco shells

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened. Add ground beef, cook until browned, drain excess fat.
- Cook Seasoned Beef: Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, water. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Tacos: Warm taco shells, fill with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sour cream. Garnish with cilantro.
