Fish Tacos:

- vegetable oil for frying
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
Cilantro Lime Slaw:
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Slaw: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt, and cilantro. Toss with shredded cabbage and chill.
- Prepare the Fish: Pat fish fillets dry, cut into strips. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Add water and make batter.
