  • 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Wrapping:

  • 25–30 lumpia or spring roll wrappers
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper.
  2. Wrap: Lay out a wrapper, add filling, fold bottom corner, tuck in sides, and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.
  3. Fry: Heat oil in a skillet, fry lumpia until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
