Salmon Patties

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the salmon mixture into 6 to 8 equal-sized patties. Lightly coat each patty with additional breadcrumbs to enhance crispiness.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare Basket: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the patties in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each one. Lightly spray the tops of the patties with olive oil.
