- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Form Patties: Shape the salmon mixture into 6 to 8 equal-sized patties. Lightly coat each patty with additional breadcrumbs to enhance crispiness.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Prepare Basket: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the patties in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each one. Lightly spray the tops of the patties with olive oil.
- Air Fry: Cook the patties for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
