Apples:

  • 2 large apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced into fry-sized wedges

Breading:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Additional:

  • caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Prepare Breading Station: Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
