Chicken:

Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
