Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steak:
- 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye, sliced thinly)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Steak: Season and sear steak slices in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, then add cream, broth, Parmesan, seasoning, and red pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine: Add spinach, pasta, and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat.
