For the Rice:
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
For the Sauce:

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
