- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup chicken broth or reserved pasta water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Spaghetti: Prepare spaghetti according to package directions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion and jalapeños until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Make Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat, add cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream, cheddar, and mozzarella. Thin with broth or pasta water.
- Combine and Serve: Add chicken and pasta to sauce, season, and serve topped with bacon and herbs.
