- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken until browned. Set aside.
