Cream Cheese Base:

Instructions
- Cranberry Topping: In a food processor, pulse cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, add cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, salt. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Cream Cheese Base: Place cream cheese on a serving platter or plate. Spoon cranberry mixture on top. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, leave jalapeño seeds in.
