Description

Indulge in these decadent Cookies & Cream Cookies that are loaded with chunks of Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips. A delightful twist on classic chocolate chip cookies that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth!

Dough:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Mix-ins:

  • 15 Oreo cookies (crushed into chunks)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Add mix-ins: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra Oreo flavor, press additional cookie chunks on top of the dough before baking.
  • You can chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
