- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Butter or romaine lettuce leaves for wrapping
- Extra lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Cook turkey: Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add citrus and herbs: Stir in orange juice, lime juice, lime zest, oregano, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Finish and assemble: Remove from heat, stir in cilantro. Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves, top with red onion and shredded carrots. Serve with lime wedges.
