Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Banana Chips: Peel the bananas and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a bowl, gently toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil.

  3. Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss lightly to coat.
