Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined baking dish.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, extracts, and mix. Spread over crust.

- Add Topping: Spread cherry pie filling over the cheesecake. Chill for at least 3 hours.
