Instructions
- Bake Brownies: Prepare and bake the brownies in a 9×13-inch pan according to the package instructions. Allow brownies to cool completely.
- Add Strawberries: Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Chocolate Layer: Melt the semisweet chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, then pour over the strawberries and refrigerate to set.
- Ganache Topping: Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, add butter and vanilla, stir until smooth, then pour over strawberries.
