- 1 slice tomato
- 1 slice red onion (thin)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or 1 slice provolone cheese

- 1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

Instructions
- Prepare the Spread: Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (if using) on one or both slices of bread.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Layer the chicken, avocado, tomato, red onion, and cheese on one slice. Season with salt and pepper, then top with the second slice of bread to close the sandwich.
