Description

This Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Pizza combines the comforting flavors of creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and garlic-infused bread topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. It’s a quick and delicious twist on traditional pizza, perfect for an easy dinner or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

Bread and Butter Mixture

  • 1 large loaf of French bread (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Toppings

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place both halves of the French bread cut side up on the sheet.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. Brush Bread with Garlic Butter: Evenly brush the warm garlic butter mixture over both halves of the French bread.
  4. Mix Chicken and Alfredo Sauce: In a bowl, toss the chopped chicken with Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Assemble the Pizza: Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the garlic bread halves. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake the Pizza: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the bread edges are golden brown.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if using, slice into portions, and serve warm.
