1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped), 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 4 oz cream cheese (softened), ¼ cup sour cream, ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté garlic and spinach: Warm olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic, add spinach, and cook until wilted.
- Prepare the filling: Combine artichokes with cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
