  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Prepare the Casserole Mixture: In a bowl, mix sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, and 1 cup of cheese. Add potatoes and cooked beef.
