Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped pecans.

- Add Topping: Mix brown sugar and extra granulated sugar, then sprinkle over the batter.
