Instructions
- Prepare Grapes: Remove the grapes from their stems and pat them completely dry using a paper towel.
- Coat Grapes: Place the corn syrup or honey in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow dish, pour out the gelatin powder. Using a toothpick or skewer, dip each grape into the corn syrup, coating it lightly, then roll it in the gelatin powder until evenly coated.
- Set Grapes: Place the coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all grapes are coated, refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
