For the Mousse:
- 200g milk chocolate (preferably Cadbury)
- 100g dark chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream, plus extra for topping if desired
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Cadbury Flake bars, crumbled
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch tart tin and chill.
- Make the Mousse: Melt milk and dark chocolate, then let cool. Whip cream with vanilla and salt. Fold in melted chocolate and crumbled Flake bars.
- Assemble: Spoon mousse into crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate until set.
