Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for roasting the tomatoes.

- Roast Tomatoes: Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cherry tomatoes for 20-25 minutes. Roast until the tomatoes are slightly charred and juicy, enhancing their natural sweetness.
- Mix with Basil: In a large bowl, combine the warm roasted tomatoes with 1 cup of fresh torn basil leaves, tossing gently to combine the flavors.
- Assemble Salad: Gently place the fresh burrata cheese on top of the tomato and basil mixture. Drizzle additional olive oil and 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze over the cheese for a beautiful finish.
