Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Prepare wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Mix in sour cream until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Toss blueberries with flour and fold into batter.
