- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven and bake fries: Preheat oven and bake fries according to package directions until crispy.
- Brown ground beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
- Make the special sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to make the special sauce. Adjust to taste if needed.
- Assemble the loaded fries: Once fries are cooked, transfer them to an oven-safe serving platter or leave them on the baking sheet. Top with cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar, and return to the oven to melt the cheese. Remove from oven and top with pickles, lettuce, onion, and special sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve hot.
