Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned, then add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Prepare the Noodle Layer: In a separate bowl, combine cooked egg noodles with sour cream and cottage cheese. Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
