For the Chicken Skewers:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Skewer the chicken: Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Air fry the skewers: Air fry the skewers in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Coat the chicken: Once the skewers are done, brush generously with Bang Bang sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired before serving.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
- The sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
