Instructions

- Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar to evenly distribute the leavening agents and acidic components.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the creamed wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition to form a smooth, cohesive dough without overmixing to keep cookies tender.
