- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Tangy Honey BBQ Sauce:

- ¼ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season the Steak Bites: In a large bowl, toss the steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil until well coated.
- Prepare the BBQ Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Coat with Sauce: Transfer the cooked steak bites to a bowl and toss with the warm BBQ sauce.
- Serve: Serve immediately with toothpicks or over sides like rice or vegetables.
