Coating:
½ cup buttermilk or milk, 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Additional:
Olive oil spray, marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
